The goal of the videos is to introduce various practices that motivate, guide, and support self-development, well-being, & conscious presence as a complementary tool to everyday life.
The videos shared are intended to help viewers become familiar with the world’s ancient philosophies. In doing so, we hope to promote the traditional knowledge of ancestral people as an important contribution to personal development and human well-being.
